Very poor customer service. I reserved a pickup truck and was given a small SUV when there were many trucks in the lot. The staff member did not greet or communicate verbally with me during the interaction. More than a little off putting but I didn't complain. My reservation had been made months ahead of time so when I realized I had been given the wrong vehicle, I went back to the staff member who then gave me keys to one of the many trucks, though again, this was done without her saying a word. All I did was walk up and say 'hello' in a friendly manner. Not at all a good experience. I feel like if she saw my reservation and didn't want to give me a truck before I went out in the pouring rain to find an SUV, then she should have mentioned it?
