As far as I'm concerned they are rogues. They took my money for the car, got there to pick it up and I was informed I had to have a credit card with £1,500 that they needed to hold as a deposit, something that I wasn't told earlier. Suffice to say I was not given the car because I didn't have that amount on my credit card. I was told to get in touch with the company to effect a refund. When I did, they initially said they couldn't refund me because I had ample time to cancel. I explained that it wasn't a cancellation, I turned and was not given the car because of a condition that I wasn't made aware off. They eventually said the only thing they could do for me was to refund the part of my payment that was the insurance, which was less than half the amount paid for the actual rental. So, for absolutely no fault of mine, I lost more than half of my money. In my book that's stealing, I won't recommend their services to anyone..
