I did everything i could, being first time car rental customer, to make sure that everything went smooth. When i got to Avis they said there was a $250 deposit and they never mentioned that, not even once. We even spoke to a gentlemen on the phone to make sure that we had everything that we needed and he never mentioned it either. Needless to say, i never did get to rent a car because the transfer of funds to the right card would’ve taken up to three days. I left they’re walking on foot and never made it to my destination.
