I indicated I was arriving at 12 noon, which I did, by the time I got to baggage claim and to the pickup spot it was 12:53pm when I called to be picked up by their off-site van service. When I called the woman on the phone told me that my reservation was cancelled. When I questioned by whom, she told me it was canceled automatically at 12:30pm for not picking up the car within 30 minutes of my arrival time, and that she had no other cars to rent. Needless to say I was not happy, I asked her to refund me and she told me she could not as I paid through a service like Kayak and would have to receive a refund from them. No car, no refund and a 55.00 uber expense, not to mention a favor of someone driving me an hour to the airport for my return. I will never do that again.
