It’s not near the airport. Had to adjust my reservation and they took complete advantage of that by making me upgrade my vehicle in order to accommodate me.

Customer experience was unreal. Never have I had a worst experience. Vendor cancelled my rental. Wouldn’t work with me on creating a new contract. Hung up on me after asking for options. Very disappointed in the interaction and experience. If a deal is to good to be true, is it?

They had to send an Uber to pick me up from the airport which was sketchy and a hassle. The driver went to the wrong location and the person on the phone was rude when I called about it. After finally arriving at the rental agency I had to wait over an hour to get the car due to an internet issue

The attendant at the rental location was rude and pushy. We were also given a car with 1/4 of a tank of gas, yet we had to return it full. This place is a ripoff and not worth the cheap car price. Rent at one of the larger agencies and save yourself from an overall bad experience.

It's off, off site. Took too long to get picked up from the rental car center. So you 1) take. Shuttle to rental car center, 2) wait 20 mins or longer to get ride to second location, then 3) have an old fashioned check in. If price is your driver might be worth it, but give yourself an hour or so before you get behind the wheel.

We arrived a little over 2 hours late due to flight delay. After paying in advance for rental. The car size we rented was no longer available. We had an upgrade and were charged taxes. We totally don't agree on.

My Turo got cancelled upon arriving in San Diego, so very last minute i had to book a new rental car. I booked through kayak with NU car rental. I had to take a shuttle from the airport to the rental car center AND THEN had to wait for their van to come to the shuttle pick up spot and take me to their location off site. It was over an hour long process. When we finally got to the location, it was an old outdated building with trash bins set out to collect water from the leaking ceiling! Their internet wasn't work during my pick up and return and the first lady renting me the car had to hot spot off her phone! I actually ended up needing to return the car a day earlier and their internet still was not working! He mentioned me getting a refund for returning the car a day early, but I am sure I'll have to call on it. I won't rent through this company moving forward.

I was very disappointed. I went to rental location and was told that my debit card could not be used for payment. I asked to use apple pay and that was a big fat no. I returned home and picked up a credit card and went back to rental location and they were closed at noon. The $26 I paid for insurance was not refunded. When I lift the location I should have been informed that they close at noon on Sunday, I told the customer service representative that I would be coming back with a credit card,

My plane was late coming in so I missed my reservation. Budget would not honor my reservation rate the next morning bc they said I was outside my grace period. Very unprofessional. Will not do business with them in the future.
