Now we’re not sitting together after my husband bought our seats. We were assigned 9A and 9B, which we paid for. Now I’m in 9E. I went to the care point counter and the person who helped me said she couldn’t put me next to my husband, because he didn’t purchase 9A. I showed her our paperwork and the price we paid for the seats and her response was there’s nothing she could do. I then waited to speak with someone at the gate. The person I spoke with looked at our receipt and changed my seat to 9C. As we’re sitting waiting for boarding I needed to use the restroom, but the person who was there for security pulled the retractable belt barrier right in front of me and said I needed to hold it. I stood there for 5 minutes and then just sat back down…no one even walked by. I did Not like the way that I was treated and we will never fly Turkish Airlines again. If a trip we’re taking causes us to fly Turkish, I would have to think do I want to be treated this way again. There’s no reason to be treated this way Ever. Shame on Turkish!
