First issue, I have travel 3 time to London in the last 18 months and each time you have damaged my luggage. Second issue, was that I had to prove in London to the check in counter clerk that I had paid for one of my check in bags online already, which it was good thing that I printed my receipt to prove it, then she charge me for the second bag I had, which I did not have a problem with as that is the policy. Third issue, was that the new suitcase that was a replacement for the damage suitcase and that I had to pay for as my as my check in luggage failed to be put on the plane, now several of my items failed to come home with me and there is no telling when I might receive them. Fourth issue, was that several bag did not get loaded and staff member at the airport was overwhelmed by the number of people trying to get information of what they needed to do for getting their bag delivered to to, there should have been more staff on hand since there was such a big issue with missing bags! The flight itself was a good flight and the onboard staff were excellent.
