I was unable to check in as your website said there were problems. I tried several times. This very worrying as I was unsure whether I was on the flight or not. I was therefore unable to add a bag for the hold. At the airport this was more expensive which was very irritating and not my fault. I also wanted to add that I wanted assistance at the airport but I was unable to do this. The crew on the flight were good. My seat was extremely uncomfortable - hard and hurt my back. My meal, the Asian vegetarian, was very tasty.
