Here’s a few shots from Munich, the capital of Bavaria, taken in mid-December 2013. There’s no snow just yet, but the Christmas spirit is everywhere.
The city has 22 Christmas markets, or Weihnachtsmarkt, with stalls aplenty selling seasonal gifts and toys as well as, most popular of all, bratwurst sausages and hot gluhwein.
