Sicily
Italy has always been a holiday favourite among the British, but it seems that even expats can’t keep away from the beautiful country.
Italian choreographer and Strictly Come Dancing judge Bruno Tonioli has been making the most of his summer off by visiting the island of Sicily.
A childhood holiday destination for the outspoken judge, Bruno revisited the town of Taormina for an article in The Daily Mail.
California
California is never short on celebrities, but the sunny US state was especially glitzy this weekend as the Teen Choice Awards took place in LA County last night.
The awards were a typically frenzied affair, with some big names attending and some even bigger live performances.
Teen favourites including Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber and film franchise Twilight all took away honours on the night, with Swift scooping five awards.
One of the most exciting parts of the night was provided by No Doubt, with the band performing their new single Settle Down after a 10-year hiatus.
Mexico
Mexico is full of gorgeous beaches and resorts, so it’s little wonder the rich and famous enjoy a holiday or two there.
This week it was the turn of Canadian rocker Avril Lavinge, who was snapped showing her support for Team GB by wearing a Union Jack bikini in Los Cabos.
Leeds
Glitz and glamour may not be the first things that spring to mind when we think of Leeds, but this weekend saw a number of stars descend on the northern city.
The annual Party in the Park festival saw boy band One Direction playing to the usual throng of screaming fans, while Alexandra Burke and Conor Maynard also performed.
