This airline has ver few employees at the Medellin airport. Their ineficiency is compounded because the employees are on their cell phones watching funny videos and ignore you ascyou standcright in front of them. I was traveling to Madrid this week and got stuck in a bad traffic jam on the way to the airport. I got to the counter over an hour before the flight. There was no one there to issue a boarding pass. I had tried getting the boarding pass online, but they required me going to the counter. As a result I missed the flight. There was no sight of employees until the flight was about to leave. When I approached the employee she basically laughed in my face. Use this airline at your own risk.
