Ski company Inghams has announced New Year ski deals to resorts across Austria. Package holidays in Soll, Westendorf, Mayrhofen and Igls are all on offer, with prices starting at £459 per person for a week’s skiing.
Prices for a week’s skiing in Soll have been cut by £410, from £869 to £459 per person. Situated at the foot of the Hohe Salve mountain, Soll has nearly 280km of ski slopes and is a good resort for beginner skiers.
Departing on 30 December, the price includes return flights from Gatwick to Salzburg, eight nights’ half-board at The Sport Hotel Modlinger, as well as airport transfers.
A week’s ski break in Westendorf, in the Brixen Valley, has been reduced by £470 – from £969 to £499 per person. This includes return flights from Gatwick on 30 December, transfers to the resort, and half board at the Hotel Post for eight nights.
Westendorf has nursery slopes for beginners and young skiers, as well as access to the SkiWelt area, with slopes more suited to intermediate and advanced skiers.
Prices have also been reduced to the popular resort of Mayrhofen, in the Ziller Valley. Customers can save £460, with prices down from £959 to £499 per person.
This includes return flights from Gatwick to Innsbruck on 30 December, resort transfers, and eight nights’ half board at the Landhaus Roscher hotel, as well as free use of the indoor pool at the resort’s sports centre.
The biggest saving to be made is to Igls, near Innsbruck. Prices have been reduced by £516, down from £1315 to £799 per person.
This price includes return flights from Gatwick to Innsbruck, resort transfers, eight nights’ half board at the four-star Sporthotel Igls, and a free welcome drink on arrival.
Flights to Austria can be changed from Gatwick to other UK airports including Manchester for £39 extra, Birmingham for £29 extra, and Edinburgh for £55 extra.
