First Choice Airways has begun the first ever charter flights between Bristol Airport and Orlando Sanford International Airport.

The first arrival landed on February 4, operating on a Boeing 767-300 aircraft with 62 premier class and 196 economy class seats.

Weekly departures from Bristol will take off at 10am on Sundays, arriving at the Florida airport at 5pm the same day.

On the way back, flights will leave at 6.30pm, touching down in Bristol at 7.50am the next day. All flight times are local.

Orlando Sanford International is located halfway between the world-class attractions of central Orlando and the famous Daytona Beach, both of which are 45 minutes away. Passengers can benefit from the airport’s new terminal facilities.

First Choice also flies to Orlando Sanford from East Midlands, Glasgow, Gatwick and Manchester airports.
