@Southwestair Piloted by one woman – Christi McNeil – Southwest Airlines’ twitter feed is dedicated to resolving issues, running competitions and alerting customers to issues with their own website.

@FlyAirNZ This often charming and funny feed offers top-notch customer service and worthwhile opinion on (and alerts to) travel content produced by other sources.

@BritishAirways Active from 9am-5pm (GMT) Monday to Friday, British Airways busily tweet customer service, competitions and insider travel advice.
