The art scene in Warsaw is multi-faceted and has something for everyone – both avant-garde and more traditional exhibitions take place in hidden makeshift galleries as well as the most esteemed national establishments.
It seems that anything goes, and this is especially true for the streets where grey socialist realist buildings have been appropriated by huge bold murals and graffiti representing new ideas in the ever-evolving city.
