San Francisco, USA
The vibrant US city of San Francisco has been home to some huge names from the world of celebrity over the years, and recently played host to TV funnyman Dom Joly.
The Trigger Happy TV prankster was in the city with his wife and two children for a family holiday full of sea lion-watching, museum-touring and generally seeing what this great city has to offer.
Solomon Islands
The world may be talking about those photos of the Duchess of Cambridge, but Kate showed she was a true princess this weekend as she put on a brave face in the Solomon Islands.
The Royal couple have continued their tour of the South Pacific despite the scandal, and were visiting a cultural centre where they greeted thousands of well-wishers.
Malibu beach, Los Angeles
As the centre of the world for celebrities, LA is never short on famous faces, but actress Halle Berry was showing more than her face on Malibu beach this weekend.
The Oscar-winning star donned denim hot pants and a blue bikini as she took a stroll along the popular LA beach. We can hardly blame her for showing some skin; at 46 she is looking better than ever.
Turkey
While some celebs are happy to chill out on a beach in between shooting films or releasing albums, Angelina Jolie engages in far more serious activities.
The actress-turned-UN special envoy has been in Turkey meeting Syrian refugees, some 80,000 of whom are seeking refuge in the country, before heading to Ankara – the country’s capital.
