Photographer Nick Mollberg, 30, is making many a mouth water with his Street Eats collection of images.
Over the past few years, Nick has journeyed to more than 20 countries across the globe, sampling the local delicacies and snapping the results as he goes.
His top street food cities are Istanbul and his hometown of Austin, Texas, and so far his favourite dishes have been a Suya BBQ in Nigeria and Stroopwaffels in Amsterdam.
However, it hasn’t all been smooth sailing for this intrepid eater.
Nick managed to contract food poisoning from a Bait-Shop Burrito in Belize which resulted in him throwing up into his snorkel.
Whoever said travelling was glamorous?
